PEAK Pharma Solutions Inc. is currently recruiting for a position to support a growing Canadian pharmaceutical organization. Our client has recently expanded and developed a new division to support a new product launch. You will want to part of this exciting opportunity. This position is a full-time, contract position with PEAK Pharma Solutions Inc., but there is a potential opportunity for a permanent position directly with the client, following a successful contract term.
Our client is looking for a skilled Specialty Sales Representative - Cardiovascular - Montreal West to execute field-based brand(s) strategies. Driving territory sales performance of assigned geography, developing and executing territory business plans; and building and maintaining preferred partner relationships with key customers. The goal is to sustain and grow sales and achieve long-term success for our client. The position reports to the Senior Director, Sales & Marketing, Cardiovascular.
Achieve all territory business objectives including sales goals and growth.
Promote product(s) and services with key opinion leaders, targeted specialists and healthcare professionals.
Know customers’ needs and deliver solutions that benefit patients, healthcare professionals and our client.
Develop, implement and execute a territory business plan.
Communicate and collaborate with all cross functional team members to ensure optimal alignment on business opportunities and priorities.
Maintain a current level of knowledge on assigned products and disease areas.
Ensure speaker identification and liaise with the Clinical team where appropriate to ensure development.
Analyze and report on sales, Medical Education, monthly plans, call activity and budgets.
Act as a role model for the client's values & behaviours and ethical commercial practices (compliance to Innovative Medicines Canada, Code of conduct, etc.).
Represent our client as an innovative and ethical oriented company whose products and services respond accurately to the needs of patients and of the medical community.
University degree, health sciences or business administration preferable
Minimum of 5 years related sales experience with a strong record of achievement
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital, specialty
Experience in cardiovascular and/or diabetes market is an asset
Results-oriented and customer focused
Highly energetic and self-motivated
Ability to lead without authority
Ability to collaborate effectively with various groups and commitment to teamwork
Proven Business Acumen
Solid product knowledge and ability to learn detailed product
Analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent territory management skills
Excellent interpersonal, organization and presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Willingness to travel for business needs
Bilingual (written and verbal) required
