This opportunity is with our Primary Care detailing division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.

PEAK Pharma Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional for the role of Primary Care Sales Representative to support a referral program on behalf of a new organization. In this role, you'll work to promote this new organization’s features and benefits to the surrounding primary care community. You'll be an integral part of developing a local and regional referral network on behalf of our client. You will:

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted primary care physician groups to maximize new business opportunities

  • Present our client’s key features and benefits and creatively inform people about their value

  • Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient

  • Build trust and credibility to become a true collaborator in commercial success

  • Manage and maintain expense and promotional budgets for the territory within guidelines


Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years recent successful pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in the area of pain management

  • Documented proven and consistent track record of achieving sales results in recent years, demonstrated by national and/or regional rankings, awards and goal achievement

  • Recent experience in the geography (local market knowledge and existing relationships with target prescribers) preferred

  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified

  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic

  • Entrepreneurial spirit that results in innovative ideas that best serves the mandate of the program.

Full PEAK Pharma Solutions compensation package which include:

  • Competitive compensation/commission structure

  • Part-time (60%) opportunity – 3 days a week in field

  • Allowances for territorial expenses

  • Dedicated training and support
